Description of the voting process:
1. Round 5 of the voting competition will start at 11 AM UTC on August 11, 2020 and will run for 14 days.
2. Registered users can select and vote for more than 1 project and vote 1 time per hour during each day.
Each user can vote up to 24 times per day!
3. The first project (the fastest) that reaches a minimum number of votes each day gets a star ⭐️. The minimum number of votes varies each day and is set at the start of each day.
4. During the first 7 days of the voting competition the project that has the lowest number of votes at the end of the will be eliminated from the competition.
5. There will be two winners at the end of the competition:
- Project that receives the most votes.
- Project that collects the most ⭐️
